The Half-Tuck

I have been trying to master the half-tuck for years now with pathetic results. Which is incredibly frustrating because the models on the J. Crew website make it look so stinking effortless and whenever I try to replicate it, It just looks like I didn't realize my shirt was partially caught under my waistband after using the bathroom. Not exactly the look I'm going for. But I think I did ok with half-tucking this sweater...what do you guys think? Slash have any suggestions on how to perfect this skill? I need all the help I can get.

Today Is: The first day of school! Yay?
Feeling: A little overwhelmed, and I've only had one class so far.
Mad Because: I couldn't find our spare set of car keys this morning. So I had to have my mom come to the rescue and drive me to campus...3 years in and I'm still not ready for college.
