It's no secret that I love navy & white as well as stripes. These are two trends aaalllllll over my closet. But when I saw this dress, I had mixed feelings at first. It was certainly a bit bolder than my usual dresses and I wasn't sure how to feel about the vertical and horizontal stripes. I ultimately decided to not get it but I kept checking up on it every few days. I couldn't seem to get the dress out of my head the next few weeks, which is a good indicator to me that I should probably just give in and get whatever I've been thinking about. Then Shabby Apple emailed me asking if I wanted to collaborate again and I knew just the piece I wanted. I must say, I'm quite pleased with it :)
