Henrik was supposed to join me for this photoshoot, but of course he decided to nap instead. Luckily, Bingley was outside the house and is always up for some camera time. I think he has a great future in cat modeling. 

I bought this dress on a whim a few months ago since it got so many positive reviews AND it was only $13. And I must say, I am suuuuper pleased with it. It's a great stretchy fabric and not see-through at all (a rarity with cheap, white dresses). I showed it to my soon-to-be-sister-in-law and she ended up getting this corresponding one for her and my brother's upcoming engagement photoshoot! We both love love love the porcelain pattern on it and the fact that it looks much more expensive than $13. I will definitely be wearing it a lot this spring/summer. 

Accessorizing it was super easy with just a pair of nude pumps (if you don't have a pair, you should definitely get some), new navy purse (can't believe I went so long without one??), and one of my favorite necklaces (seriously, it goes with everything). And of course, a pop of red with my lipstick. 

Taking outfit photos for le blog has proven to be kind of tricky these past few weeks (can't imagine why?), but I promise to try and keep doing them! Hopefully warmer weather will arrive soon (there's currently snow outside) and that will make it much easier. But in the meantime, thanks for stopping by!

Sitting: Next to Henrik's bassinet and reinserting the pacifier repeatedly in attempt to get him to sleep. About: To start making tacos for dinner. 

Hoping: Henrik doesn't scream all evening (he had quite the epic screaming match last night).
