Dress: Poppy & Dot (Nordstrom sells an identical one here, Poppy & Dot has other colors they sell on their Instagram account) // Necklace: Lani Makana (c/o, get the exact one here) // Heels: Target (similar here for only $26!) // Purse: Rebecca Minkoff (get it here)
This dress is perfect for pregnant and non-pregnant women. It has room for a belly and without a baby bump, it still hangs beautifully and has a great flow to it. I can see it being quite versatile for me these next few months and have plans to pair it with a denim jacket and sandals for a more casual feel. I also plan on buying it in every other color that it comes in haha. It comes fully lined which is grrrrrreat (not many white dresses do!) so I definitely recommend purchasing this one.
Some days I feel like my stomach hasn't gotten any bigger since we went to Italy a month ago (which is a bit worrisome? Idk), and others I can definitely tell a difference. But at almost 15 weeks, I'm not complaining too much since I'm SURE in a few months I'll be begging for my stomach to stop growing.
My next doctor's appointment is in about two weeks and I'm cautiously optimistic we'll be able to tell if it's a boy or a girl! If not, then we'll probably have to wait for my 20 week ultrasound WHICH SEEMS SO FAR AWAY. However, I have to have an ultrasound done in Indy sometime soon to check out the baby's heart and make sure the baby isn't going to have heart issues when it's born (family history of that), so maybe their big fancy ultrasound machine will be able to tell us??? Basically I'm just super impatient haha. My whole family, including me, is convinced it's a girl. Minus my dad. Who is convinced it's a boy. We shall see!
Hope your week ends well and you all enjoy your 3-day weekend! Thanks for stopping by :)
Made: Black bean burgers for dinner. Still not really craving anything? But everything tastes good.
Need: To really deep clean our house. And unpack from Italy....still.
Days Until Christmas/Baby: 179!
I'm loving these updates! I feel like it's a girl too! Also, I didn't start showing until I was like 25 weeks along... no exaggerating. Enjoy it while it lasts ;)
