Another hot trend you've probably seen a lot of this summer is pom poms! I'm all for a touch of whimsy, but too often pom pom clothing and accessories can look like a craft I made in 2nd grade. However, I feel like this blouse uses them very appropriately as an accent. It adds a bit of color and fun without looking dumb or crafty. This top can also be worn off-the-shoulder if you're into that or on the shoulder without any issues. I love that it's nice and loose too. Perfect for warm weather! Also it's a crrrrraaazy good price.
