Poncho!

Shop the Look

Poncho: Grace & Lace (c/o; exact one here) // Jeans: Target (maternity version here) // Booties: Target (exact pair here) // Purse: Coach (old, similar here) // Necklace: Lucky Brand Jeans (old, similar here)

I was a little hesitant when ponchos came back in style, but I have to admit that it's actually perfect timing for me! They are great for accommodating my baby bump and will be nursing-friendly once the boy makes his appearance. Plus they're cute, cozy, and SUPER easy to style. I paired this poncho with some basic wedge booties, skinny jeans, a necklace, and BOOM! All set!

Ponchos also make for a great Thanksgiving Day outfit since they'll hide a food baby and no one will be able to see if you unbutton your jeans ;) I haven't quite settled on my Thanksgiving Day outfit yet. There are just too many options! But a poncho will definitely be high on my list of possibilities.

My last day of work for my marketing job is on Wednesday and I'm so sad! I work with wonderful people and I will truly miss them. Post-baby, I'll do some freelance blog writing for them but as of right now, I don't have any immediate plans to return to a full or part-time office job. Someday that might change, but for now I'm planning on being home with our son as long as I can. I'll write more about my post-baby plans in the coming weeks.

I hope you all have a great last few days of work/school before Thanksgiving!! Thanks for stopping by :)

Feeling: VERY full from dinner.
And: A little back pain.
Baby: Is shifting and moving around a fair amount. Sometimes when he gets too far over to one side I have to push him back in haha.
Days Until Christmas/Baby: 34! Oh my gosh!

  1. It’s encouraging t see more conversations about using health counseling as a way to improve emotional wellness, honestly i think it helps. Everyone handles challenges differently, and having someone who listens without judgment can feel really meaningful, especially when you’re sorting through stressful or painful moments. Through counseling people can start noticing unhealthy patterns , then practice useful coping skills and also grow a better, more balanced outlook. Healing from what happened before is kind of a personal process, but with support and steady guidance it can get a lot easier to make sense of what we went through and to focus on building healthier habits for the future.
